How long do the Flowers last and how to prolong their life?
Since Flowers are perishable items with sensitivity to temperature, moisture, and light. We cannot guarantee how long fresh flowers will last as they no longer live in the soil when delivered to you. However, with proper care, you can make a significant difference in their lifespan.
Kindly follow these instructions toto prolong the life of the flowers:
Will the arrangements look exactly the same as on the website?
A 100% replication can't be guaranteed as we deal with fresh flowers and seasonal availability. However, we do our outmost best to maintain the overall esthetics of the arrangements very similar to the ones featured on this website.
Please be advised that substitutions may need to be made based on season availability of flowers or other unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances outside of our control.
If we are out of a specific flower, our designer may substitute it with a similar flower of an equal or greater value that is similar to the color featured on the website to complete the floral arrangement.
Having said that, we have the most talented designers on our team who professionally recreate designs based on their creative interpretation.
Is it possible to request a specific delivery time?
We will arrange to accommodate a delivery time as per your request. However, because of multiple variables, including the traffic conditions in Vancouver, we CAN'T NOT GUARANTEE deliveries at a specific time.
However, you can request a delivery time frame either by emailing us or by indicating the specific time at the checkout note section. We will do our very best to deliver the arrangement within your preferred time frame.
In addition, you are always welcome to call in and one of our team members can handle your request personally. Holiday, rush orders, and deliveries during peak business traffic may encounter some delays, please allow some flexibility or extra advanced time to ensure delivery on schedule.
Can I customize my floral arrangement?
Absolutely! We offer customization for colors, flower types, wrapping style and any customization of your choice. Contact our team to discuss your preferences and create a unique bouquet or floral arrangement.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we provide same-day flower delivery within Metro Vancouver and surrounding areas for orders placed before 11:00 Am. Our goal is to ensure your special moments are celebrated on time.

If there is mistake on my order, how can I make a change?
Our customer service specialists are very well trained to help you and are motivated to make sure everything is perfect. We’re at the ready for just that. Let us know the new information and we’ll happily update your order if it hasn’t departed from the shop. What if no one is home when you arrive?
We always retain the wonderful element of surprising the person you’re sending flowers to. If our delivery driver knocks on the door and there is no answer, our customer service team will call to the recipient’s phone number. If no one answers, we may call you to ask to advise. If our driver is at a business or residence where there is a safe location we will leave it in a safe place, and then leave a voicemail for your recipient to let them know they have flowers. We’ll leave our information as well so that they can reach out in case there are any concerns. In occurrences when we do not feel like there is a safe place to leave the flowers, we return them to the shop and notify you and your recipient, letting your recipient know to reach out to us to reschedule the delivery of a fresh arrangement at a time that works best for them. There may be an additional fee for re-delivery.
